Checking app details

Check Running status

Standard

  1. Open ‘Task Manager’
  2. Search for the application ‘MyZenV2’.  If there’s multiple apps running, follow the next steps for each of them.
  3. Right Click → Go to details.
  4. Note the username from the ‘User name’ column. This should match current user.

Stealth

  1. Open ‘Task Manager’
  2. Search for the application ‘MyZenV2s’.  If there’s multiple apps running, follow the next steps for each of them.
  3. Right Click → Go to details.
  4. Note the username from the ‘User name’ column. This should match current user.
  5. Also check if application ‘zsrvc’ is running.




Check App version

The installer version is the right indicator of application version. Please note that the app version displayed on the MyZen window will differ. Please check download apps page for latest version information.

Option 1

Check the contents of \Program Files\Zenstack\MyZenV2\version.txt


Option 2

Find the file \Program Files\Zenstack\MyZenV2\updater.exe . Right Click → Properties → Details. Note the version


Stealth

Option 1

Check the contents of \Program Files\zs\zs\version.txt
