VSG-365.ai introduces a "New Navigation" experience, making it easier to access the features you need.
This update organizes tools into three dedicated suites while keeping common settings accessible from anywhere.


What’s New?

Instead of a single list of features in the left navigation bar, the portal now categorizes them into three focused suites:

🔹 HR Suite

  • Attendance

  • Leave Management

  • Reports

🔹 Productivity Suite

  • Activity Tracking

  • Productivity Insights

  • Screenshots

  • Wellness

  • Alerts

  • Livestream

  • Apps & URLs

  • Goals

🔹 Project Suite

  • Task & Project Management

  • Timesheets

  • Manual Time

  • Notes

🔹 Common Across All Suites

No matter which suite you select, the following remain easily accessible:

✅ Reports
✅ Settings

This means you don’t need to switch portals to access Settings—everything is just a click away.


Switching to Legacy Mode

Prefer the old navigation style? You can switch back anytime:

  1. Locate the "Switch to Legacy Mode" toggle in the sidebar.

  2. Click to revert to the previous navigation experience.

  3. You can return to the New Navigation at any time.
